O：28日以内の死亡と、7日以内の1つ以上の臓器障害
Primary outcomeにおいて有意差は認められなかった。
AKI群ではPrimary outcomeの改善、RRT導入の遅れが認められた。

Bendopnea：上半身を前屈した時に息切れが生じる所見。
102人の心不全の方のうち、29人に見られた。Median time 8sec(7-11)。
Bendpneaが見られた群では、はRAP高値(P=0.001)、PCWP高値(P=0.0004)が見られた。CI(P=0.2)は一緒であった。
Bendopneaが見られた群では、よりNohria分類のProfile Cがより認められた(55% vs 16%, P<0.0001)。
